At Ebike Solution, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all battery keys, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
