Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all battery keys, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.
- 4.Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
