We provide a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering the motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects to ensure your peace of mind.
How long does shipping take for large sporting equipment?
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Due to the size and weight of e-bikes, freight shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Can I ride my e-bike in the rain?
Yes, our e-bikes are rated IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle splashes and rain. However, we recommend avoiding deep puddles and never pressure washing the electrical components.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging and have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer to qualify for a full refund, minus shipping fees.
